BEL AIR HOME WELCOMES DONATION FROM THE
NIGERIAN COMMUNITY IN GRENADA
On October 2, 2010, the Nigerian Community in Grenada, as part of the celebration of 50 years of Nigerian Independence, donated a 9 cubit chest freezer to the Bel Air Home for Children & Adolescent. Dr. Francis Fakoya, Associate Professor of Histology & Cell Biology at the St. George’s University, President of the Nigerian Community made the presentation to Ms. Claudia Alexis, President of Bel Air Home.
The President expressed appreciation and thanks to the Nigerian Community for the contribution, which came at a time when a freezer was desperately needed. It is very encouraging when individuals and organizations remember and contribute towards the less fortunate in our communities.
Bel Air is forever grateful for any contributions received.
