Meet the Team

The day-to-day running of the home is carried out by the Home Manager and 22 other staff. The quality of the care provided now is reflected in the behaviour of the individual children and the atmosphere that exists at the Home. In addition to our staff, we are appreciative of the support from volunteers at the St. George’s University and the local community college, TAMCC.

Present Executive:

Treasurer: Merle Byer, Managing Director, L & M Investments.

The Staff:

Home Manager: Ms. Lisa Charles
Deputy Manager/Educational Needs Co-ordinator: Ms. Alison Greene, trained Pre-school Teacher.
Administrative Assistant/ Home Co-ordinator- Ms. Kerry Eligon

Supervisors: Desan Grenade (the longest serving staff member), 

Kersandra Simon, Ms. Katasha Blackman, Ms. Hillary Taylor,

Ms. Alicia Cadet and Ms. Nadia Ollivierre 

Other support staff: Patricia Louison, Erica Coppin,  

Gloria Adonis, Jennifer Marecheau, Nakita James, Kathleen Simon,

Laurine LaCrete, Lauren Orlando and Pamela Mitchelle. 

Volunteers: Danish students from the Skovtofte Social College in Denmark (none at present) changes every 6 months, Student Groups from St. George’s University
